Golden Key Infratech uses the information you provide to respond to property enquiries, arrange consultations and site visits, and review career applications.

Enquiries and contact details

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, mobile number, optional email address, property interest and requirements. When you submit a form, the details are sent through our website to Golden Key Infratech at info@goldenkeyinfratech.com. The enquiry checkbox allows our team to contact you about your request.

WhatsApp and other contact options

WhatsApp is a separate contact option. A WhatsApp link may open a prepared message for you to review and send. Using WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices. A WhatsApp or telephone click alone does not submit an email enquiry.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our property pages and use of our contact options. We measure page visits, scrolling, contact clicks and enquiry submissions accepted by our website's email service. A click does not confirm a completed phone call or WhatsApp conversation.

Our analytics code does not send enquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses, message contents or typed search terms to Google Analytics. It uses the page's canonical address and removes query details from referring addresses. Google may process technical information associated with analytics requests under its own privacy practices.

The Google Analytics tag is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Decline leaves forms and contact options available. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the website footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. This setup does not enable personalised advertising.

Customer reviews

When you submit a review, we collect your display name, email address, star rating, review text and optional project or location. With your consent, your display name, rating, text, optional project/location and submission date may be published after email confirmation and moderation. Your email address is kept private and is used for verification, moderation and requests about your review; this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

All ratings may be submitted. Moderation covers spam, authenticity, abuse and personal information. The homepage highlights up to ten of the most recently submitted approved 5-star website reviews; the customer reviews page includes all approved ratings. Confirming an email address does not verify a property purchase.

The review form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions. Hashed network-address and email identifiers are retained in a rolling 24-hour submission log to limit abuse. Unconfirmed submissions older than 30 days are removed when new reviews are submitted. Confirmed reviews and their private moderation records are retained while the review is maintained or needed to address a dispute. You can request correction, removal or withdrawal of publication consent by emailing info@goldenkeyinfratech.com from the address used for the review.

If you choose to post on Google, you will open Google separately and submit the review using your own Google account under Google's privacy practices. A website review is not automatically sent or published to Google.
